Jeep was looking for a little scenic adventure so we drove up to Hellroaring Plateau. 

Today it’s a primitive road but doable in either 4WD or a OHV…keeps the traffic down.  Many moons ago it was a maintained gravel road that went much further than it’s current end. 

The Beartooth Pass road winding down to the valley was viewable across the valley as we climbed.  Nice Alpine meadow up top and views of tucked away mountain lakes.
